The Body Bliss Fitness Room is the family group fitness ministry of CRM Church which is coordinated by our Family Life Center (FLC).  The FLC strives to encourage our church family to take care of their physical bodies through exercise, aerobics, weight lifting, basketball and other group sports.  Anyone may join the Family Life Center.
